Kathy was recommended to me by a friend to help me sell my home. She was everything I could have hoped for in a realtor. She was courteous, easy to talk with, kind, and knowledgeable. I think the biggest value that Kathy brings to the table is her working relationship with so many of the  professionals that are needed when a contract is on a house. (Inspectors, well/septic companies, electricians, roof repairmen, etc etc.) They know and respect her and that helps with timelines that can be pushed or tight. She made our contract happen and went to bat for us when it was needed. She knows when to give or push in negotiations. She absolutely got us the best deal with our house sale. I will definitely choose to work with Kathy in the future if I get the chance.
